Rebel Wilson has been a part of blockbuster movies since she started acting in the late ’90s. Her latest movie Isn’t It Romantic is receiving the praise of the critics. The movie is an about an architect Natalie played by Rebel Wilson who is repelled by the romantic movies and is against the scenes portrayed because according to her it is impossible in real life.

The movie is based in NYC and the romance in the city has been beautifully portrayed. In the movie, she magically wakes up in a rom-com movie as a lead actor in New York City. She falls for two hunks in Hollywood, Chris Hemsworth, and Adam DeVine. The Indian origin Quantico star, Priyanka Chopra was cast as a yoga instructor and was named Isabella in the movie. Isn’t It Romantic has been made PG-13 compliant by censoring dialogues and nudity, something we all despise.

Rebel Wilson was born in 1980 to Aussie parents who were true dog lovers. She had 3 siblings and unlike others, she turned out to be a quiet and shy girl until her late teenage years. She recollected a memory about a teacher who pushed her to be a part of the Tournament of Mind that was meant for people looking forward to overcoming stage fright and develop impeccable public speaking skills. She even joined the quiz team and took part in various debates hosted in her school.

As a student of an all-girls Christian school that had a feminist outlook, Rebel Wilson lived up to her name as she was taught that women can achieve anything they wanted and is lesser than no one. Her learnings throughout her life can be seen in the roles she plays in her movies. In 1997, at the age of 17, she enrolled with Australia’s Rotary International Youth Ambassador Program.

During her tenure at the program, she traveled to South Africa where she suffered from fever for a few days of her trip. These were tough days in her life but later she understood how necessary it was. During her days down with fever, she realized what she wanted to do in life which was acting. This motivated her enough to join the University of South Wales which allowed her to be a part of the Australian Theater for aspiring actors.
