Roberto Santiago Brought Modern Amenities to the Manaira Shopping Center

When Roberto Santiago was starting work on the Manaira Mall in the 1980’s, he had big plans for it. He wanted to make the mall the best it could be and wanted to make it a unique place for people to enjoy. The Manaira Mall was going to be something people had never seen before so Roberto Santiago had to work hard to put all of the unique things about it into place. He had always wanted to do something that would help other people and the mall was going to do exactly that. If he could work to make the mall the best it could be, people would be able to reach out and see the mall in its glory. They would also be able to see the differences in the Manaira Mall and others that were around the country. Roberto Santiago was dedicated to making the mall great and that showed in the work he was doing.

Despite adding onto it and putting new amenities in, the mall was still not as modern as what some of the other ones were. Roberto Santiago had started the mall in the 1980’s and some of the things he had done were still in the 1980’s. The mall was not as modern what it should be, but Roberto Santiago made up for that by pushing to help people with the opportunities that would make the mall the best it could be. Roberto Santiago also wanted to show people the things they could get from a shopping mall.

Most people who visited the Manaira Shopping Center were just doing so to actually shop. They may have also been doing it because they wanted to eat or be entertained. What they didn’t know is that Roberto Santiago was making the mall a mecca for entertainment. The mall was going to be a great place for people to go if they wanted to be entertained. Thanks to the 11 theaters and the expo center on the roof, Manaira was proving to be a great place for people to go so they could enjoy themselves.

When Roberto Santiago realized the mall was going to be a tourist center, he immediately started changing the direction of what he was doing. While he wanted to keep the mall within the traditional Brazilian themes, he also wanted to make sure it had tourist-friendly activities available for people. Since the mall was in the city center, many people chose to stay at hotels nearby. Roberto Santiago eliminated that need when he started the hotel that was attached to the mall. Doing this enabled him to get more people to come into the mall and more people who would want to stay there if they were shopping there.
